Tammy Yuen leads our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, serving as the Chief Diversity Partner and the firm’s Managing Partner. Tammy also chairs our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, working closely with the firm's Executive Committee and Hiring and Recruitment Committee to translate our values into action.

We are a Mansfield Certified Firm, a designation earned through a rigorous 18-month collaboration with Diversity Lab to track, measure and achieve diversity in recruiting, hiring and leadership. The Mansfield Rule Certification recognizes firms that achieve a diversity level of at least 30% for historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership and governance roles, lateral hiring, equity partner promotions, formal client pitches and more.
