2022 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting
John Black and Sam Riley will participate in a panel discussion at the ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting on September 15th at 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (CT). This session, “The State of Play: The Intersection of Cyber Risks, Government Regulators, War and Criminals” will provide an overview of cyber-insurance and common difficulties in obtaining coverage as a prelude to surveying the most significant issues now facing businesses and their cyber insurers.
John Black will serve as moderator and panel chair. In addition to Sam Riley, panelists will include Richik Sarkar of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, Brock Dahl of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Elissa Doroff of Mosaic Insurance and Tom Ricketts of Aon.
