Diversity is critical to who we are and the quality of service we provide. 
Our firm is committed to fostering and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in our firm and across the legal profession. Encouraging diversity is not only the right thing to do, but also enriches our firm culture and enhances the quality of our legal services. We draw on our unique backgrounds, diverse experiences and varied perspectives to develop innovative approaches that help our clients resolve their most complex legal challenges.

Our commitment to DEI extends to every position within our firm, from firm leadership to our attorneys and staff. Tammy Yuen, our Chief Diversity Partner and Managing Partner, leads our DEI efforts. She chairs our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, working closely with committee members Michael Thompson, Michael Rosen, and Evan Shapiro, as well as the firm's Executive Committee and Hiring and Recruitment Committee, to translate our values into action.

We are a Mansfield Certified Firm, a designation earned through a rigorous 18-month collaboration with Diversity Lab to track, measure and achieve diversity in recruiting, hiring and leadership. The Mansfield Rule Certification recognizes firms that achieve a diversity level of at least 30% for historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership and governance roles, lateral hiring, equity partner promotions, formal client pitches and more.
