2022 PLUS D&O Symposium

Jim Skarzynski will be moderating a panel on “Current Trends in Securities Class Action Litigation” at the opening session of the 2022 PLUS D&O Symposium. This session will review recent developments in securities class action litigation and possible changes in SEC enforcement that might occur under the Biden administration.
