Biography
Chidera focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation. He represents insurers in matters involving policies issued to directors and officers, agents and brokers, financial institutions, and other professionals. He also has experience handling a range of commercial disputes, including matters involving corporate governance, construction, property management, unfair business practices, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and securities claims at all stages of litigation.
