Biography
May Tan serves as coverage and litigation counsel for professional liability insurers, specializing in directors and officers (D&O) liability, financial institutions, fiduciary liability, and errors and omissions (E&O) claims. Her practice also focuses on managing transactional risk exposures, including representations and warranties, judgment protection, and collateral protection insurance. In addition, May has represented clients in a wide range of matters, such as products liability, mass torts, general liability, toxic torts, environmental issues, and bad faith litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, May focused on areas of transactional law including corporate commercial and banking and finance matters advising primarily international financial institutions and multinational corporations at several international law firms.
