Paul R. Dehmel

Paul Dehmel is an experienced litigator employing his two decades of experience to successfully represent clients in a variety of matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Paul has first and second-chair trial experience and is adept at negotiating settlements and aggressively representing clients interests in court proceedings, trials, arbitrations and mediations. He is currently focused on aviation insurance coverage matters, including airline liability, aviation commercial general liability, third-party aircraft liability and first-party coverages. 

Paul routinely handles and manages multiple cases while providing practical strategies and solutions for mitigating risks. He performs early case evaluations and counsels clients on litigation risks, avoidance, and resolution.
