Sarah Allison focuses her practice on defending government defense contractors and their insurers with respect to claims arising under the Defense Base Act (DBA) extension of the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the War Hazards Compensation Act before the United States Department of Labor.
Sarah previously practiced insurance defense litigation resulting from premises liability and personal injury in New York. Additionally, Sarah’s prior experience extends to commercial matters for global corporate clients in an international law firm.
