Skarzynski Marick adds insurance coverage litigation partner, Amber Locklear
NEW YORK – January 23, 2024 - Law Firm Skarzynski Marick & Black announces the addition of partner Amber Locklear in the firm’s New York office. Amber, formerly of Ropers Majeski, brings 19 years of experience litigating on behalf of insurance companies on coverage-related matters, with an emphasis on policies covering directors and officers, financial institutions, technology and cyber risks, and private equity firms. She is known for handling a diverse yet complex range of coverage litigations and arbitrations involving commercial contracts, securities law, unfair business practices, employment law, professional malpractice and bad faith. In addition to her litigation experience, she has extensive experience advising clients on complex claims issues and acting as coverage counsel.
