Biography
Nathan Reinhardt specializes in bankruptcy litigation, with significant experience representing Lloyd's of London syndicates, insurance companies, and reinsurers in complex mass-tort cases and Chapter 11 reorganizations. His practice spans a wide range of bankruptcy-related matters, including creditor representation, fraudulent transfers, preference actions, and bad faith bankruptcy filings. Nathan also has experience litigating cases involving healthcare fraud, wire and mail fraud, and partnership disputes.
Prior to entering private practice, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Scott Yun and the Honorable Ernest Robles of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, where he gained invaluable insights into the nuances of bankruptcy law.

Led by Russell Roten and Jeff Kahane, the group also includes Timothy Evanston and Nathan Reinhardt who join the firm as Counsel.
