Biography
Timothy W. Evanston practices in the area of bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency matters. His experience includes representing insurers, trustees, chapter 11 debtors, creditors, and receivers in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

While in law school, Timothy served a judicial externship to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, and worked as a legal intern for the U.S. Trustee Program of the Department of Justice. After law school, he served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. He subsequently served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California.
